Should you wish to extend or alter your travel arrangements, please identify in your registration and you will be contacted. Every effort will be made to accommodate your request. An extension would be at your individual expense and is based on availability.
Any guest invited to the Winner's Summit 2024 trip must be over 18 in order to attend.
Post trip extensions are welcomed and encouraged. Please indicate upon registration if you wish to extend your stay. We will research the best flight schedules and you will only pay the difference in fare of a return ticket cost at the time of booking. We encourage you to register early for the best flight options and fares. You will be responsible for transportation to/from the hotel and to/from the airport if you are not arriving/departing on the group dates.
It is your responsibility to ensure you have the appropriate documentation to travel within Canada. If you do not have the proper identification necessary or if you are refused entry for any reason, Ricoh cannot be held responsible.
You must have a Government issued photo ID to present upon boarding that matches the name on your airline ticket.
Please note the average high temperature in Whitehorse, Yukon at the time of the Winner's Summit trip is 16°C and the average low is 3°C.
The dress code for the Winner's Summit trip is generally casual comfort throughout the day. The awards dinner will require appropriate attire. As the weather can fluctuate at this time of the year it is always best to pack accordingly with warm clothes.

- Any travel outside of program dates;
- Any changes to flight itineraries after initial booking, flight upgrades, cost differences of flights if extending;
- Food and beverage outside the included breakfasts & Winner's Summit dinners and receptions listed above;
- Activities and excursions not outlined in the trip itinerary;
- Car rental;
- Extension arrangements;
- Travel insurance of any kind, including medical and baggage;
- Incidental expenses / personal gratuities;
- Medical services;
- Anything not specifically listed as an inclusion.
Whitehorse, Yukon is on Pacific Standard time zone at the time of the Winner's Summit 2024 trip.
Gratuities are included with any of the group events, however, should you wish to leave a tip for any service staff outside of group events, they are always greatly appreciated.
The hotel will maintain an incidental account to cover your personal expenses such as shop purchases, food and beverage, etc., which are not included in the program. Please make sure you settle this account prior to checking out. Major credit cards, cash and travelers' cheques are accepted forms of payment and a credit card imprint will be collected at check-in. Personal cheques will not be accepted.
Travel insurance is not provided as part of the Winner's Summit 2024 trip. You should make sure you have any required medication and your Canadian Health Card details in case of any unforseen medical concern.
If you must cancel up until the day of the trip for unforeseeable, extenuating circumstances, please contact Kelly MacDonald at 902-476-1404. You will be responsible for any non-refundable costs incurred by Ricoh for any qualifier (and guest) initiated changes or cancellations after Winner's Summit 2024 registration.
The Winner's Summit trip must be accepted as offered, has no cash value and is valid only for the dates and location specified. If you cannot attend, please advise as soon as possible.
